My youngest daughter is a freshman in High School. She auditioned for the jazz band. Not only did she get in, she made it into Advanced Jazz band. How sweet is that. She loves to play jazz. She has also decided to become a music major so she can be a music teacher. She plays the trumpet now and is working on clarinet, percussion and piano. This summer she plans to borrow a bunch of instruments so she can become familiar with as many as she can get her hands on. What a fun goal. So let the music play...
