I feel the earth move under my feet...

Do you know that song? Well I know the song and I literally just felt the earth move under my feet. Earthquakes are so amazing. I know that really bad things can happen because of earthquakes, but when they are just little ground shakers, it is always a thrill for me.

I haven't blogged for a long while, but things are still happening. We went to Carlie's Friends concert with the RHS Chamber Singers and she did a really great job. The next night was Kellie's band concert. She is in Wind Ensemble and they did great. But I really loved her in the advanced Jazz band group. They really can swing. Music lifts my soul.

I have some super great news...Paul and I are going to be grandparents in December. Holly told us she was pregnant after Shelley's graduation events. Then a week or so later Shelley told us she was pregnant. Can you believe our first 2 grandbabies will be here a week apart. We, of course, are so excited. We are thrilled to become grandparents, but more excited because we know our daughters will be great mothers. So here's to the very lucky babies.

Congratulations to Julie for being her ward chorister and FHE Mom. She too, will be a great mom!

There are only 9 more days of school. Friday was the last day of seminary. This school year has buzzed by. The really weird thing is that Carlie will be a senior next year.

I am fixing the Ford Contour. I am replacing the front end. I am just waiting for some of the pieces to be painted, then I will be able to put it back together. When that is done, I will be able to start working on my motorcycle. I am so jazzed.

I love my life, even the hard stuff. I love my family. They are the most amazing people I know.
